Framework Agreement - Work clothes for employees in unit for upbringing
The client needs to acquire a framework agreement on the purchase and delivery of work clothes with a logo to the unit for upbringing, more specifically employees in the municipality's kindergartens, SFO and 1st stage. The supplier shall offer a wide selection of work clothes for women and men in line with the client's needs during the contract period. It is important that the work clothes are adapted to women and men, from small to very large sizes. For employees in 1st step and SFO, outerwear will be relevant, while for kindergarten staff will be relevant with both outerwear and in -clothing. More information about the procurement is shown in "Appendix 2 - requirements specification" and "Appendix 3 - Price Form". The client reserves the reservation to go outside the agreement if the supplier does not have available goods that fall naturally under the work clothes that the client needs. The client makes reservations about expanding units within growing up that falls under the agreement. The client is uncertain about the scope of the procurement, but estimates that the annual contract value will be approx. NOK 3,250,000 excluded value added tax.
