• Framework agreement for workshop services to Alver municipality - Qualification phase Alver municipality must acquire workshop services for its car fleet, including mechanical services and body work. Alver municipality wishes to enter into one agreement for each service, including one (1) agreement with a workshop for mechanical services, and one (1) agreement with a workshop for body work. The procurement thus applies to two - 2-part contracts. The procurement is carried out by HRP AS on behalf of the client, Alver municipality. Alver municipality has today vehicles in operation throughout the municipality. In total, the municipality has around 300 vehicles, most of which are newer than 2020 and most of the brands Toyota Yaris hybrid and Toyota Proace Diesel/electric. Kjøretøyene brukes av sykepleiere, rørleggere, snekker, mekanikere, administration etc. Therefore, the use and wear and tear on the car fleet varies. Around 30 of the cars are electric, but this number will increase. It is therefore important that the supplier is well acquainted with working with both high-voltage and low-voltage batteries and has equipment for diagnosis and repairs of electric vehicles. The average mileage is around 15,000 km per car. Alver municipality has until today used various local workshops or in Åsane. The client has a need for workshop services mainly for cars and vans under 3,500 tonnes. Alver municipality will enter into an agreement with one or more suppliers who can offer workshop services within these two main areas.
