Sandnes municipality at Sandnes Eiendom, hereafter referred to as the client, invites this to an open tender competition for framework agreements for consulting services in the field of project management for the contract period 2025 - 2027 (2029). The client annually carries out several major and smaller investment and maintenance projects based on the current action and financial plan, mainly as a execution contract or the developer-developed total contract. In this connection, the client is intended to enter into framework agreements for consulting services within project management related to buildings. The framework agreements are intended to cover the majority of the client's continuous need for counseling services in the following subjects: 1. Project Manager (PL) 2. Project manager (PRL) 3. Construction manager (BL) 4. Technical construction manager (TBL) 5. Coordinator for safety, health and working environment (SHA coordinator) 6.
