Description:
Brief description: The procurement will ensure that the Norwegian Armed Forces' personnel who serve on the Norwegian Armed Forces' vessels satisfy civil requirements in accordance with the STCW convention. The course portfolio must fulfill national and international requirements for maritime certification courses in accordance with the IMO, SOLAS and ISM coden and as the STCW convention prescribes. STCW courses must be in accordance with the currently applicable Course Plan published on the Norwegian Maritime Directorate's website. The course provider must be approved by the Norwegian Maritime Directorate, as well as having approval from the Norwegian Maritime Directorate for all courses they offer.
