Framework agreements for tires and tire services The procurement will mainly cover Sirkula IKS and Hias IKS (option) needs for tires and tire services for trucks, vans and cars, as well as wheeled machines such as wheel loaders, wheeled excavators, forklifts and supporters. The list is not exhaustive. Divided into two sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1: Tires and tire services for trucks, as well as vans and cars, including Hias IKS's vehicle fleet Sub-contract 2: Tires and tire services for machinery
