Framework agreement for concrete work
The client needs to enter into a framework agreement for concrete work. The framework agreement includes services to be used on both maintenance and investment budget. The agreement includes, among other things, the following benefits: • Maintenance and incidental work • Planned maintenance jobs and projects of variable sizes • Acute repairs • Newbuilding, rebuilding etc. It will also follow the delivery of some material, as it will in many cases be appropriate for the supplier to carry the material that is necessary related to the execution of the assignment. Although the procurement includes some material, it is emphasized that this agreement does not provide any exclusivity on the delivery of such material, and that the client is otherwise not obliged to buy material from the service provider. The client is thus free to buy materials on our other framework agreements and still use the contract supplier for work to be carried out without surcharge in the agreed prices for work.
