130 lifts and lifting devices associated with their real estate portfolio. In order to be able to ensure a stable and secure operation of these, it is with Regular need for replacements and improvements, and in this connection, residential buildings need professional and technical assistance. The purpose of the acquisition is to associate with two suppliers with elevator professional competence for the delivery of consulting tasks and consultancy services in the field of design, Construction management and condition assessment, in addition to counseling and follow -up in connection with other nearby tasks and services. The client intends to enter into an agreement with two (2) Suppliers.
