Framework for Independent Finance Advisor
The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the purchase of counseling services, periodic reporting and transaction management associated with Sandnes municipality's long -term portfolio. Supplier should be responsible for providing advice and suggestions to Investments for the long -term portfolio. It is desirable that the supplier has an active role in proposing changes in the portfolio, if the situation so dictates. It is estimated that the portfolio will have a value of approximately NOK 500 million upon contract. It must be taken into account that the portfolio Size may vary, both as a result of price changes on the investments, but also if the financial situation in the municipality indicates that the portfolio must be reduced or that further capital may be inserted. The basis for the purchase of counseling services will be frames and premises in it At all times, the financial regulations apply.
