Fully automatic PCR system for detection of CT/ng to Helse F0rde HF
Instrument to the Microbiology Department at F0rde Central Hospital to be used for PCR-based amplification and detection of nucleic acids with hybridization probes. The instrument should be used for diagnostics For detection of the pathogenic bacteria chlamydia trachomatis (chlamydia) and Neisseria gonorrhoeae (gonorrhea), called CT/ng. The instrument will also act as a backup for the respiratory pathogenic bacteria and viruses. A framework agreement will also be entered into on instrument -dependent consumables.cT/ng is large volume analysis Which must be continued on an automated, modular, fully integrated commercial platform. In this platform, pipetting robots, extractors and PCR instruments are linked to an intermediate product that ensures communication and transmission of trial data between the instruments in the system, as well as two-way communications With the laboratory data system.
