Description:
The Contracting Authority for this procurement is Troms County. Troms County (hereafter called the contracting authority) is working so that the entire region will be an attractive and good place to live, work and live in and that it will also be a pleasant and exciting destination. Increased value creation and sustainable development are key words in this context.
