Agder county council wants offers from contractors with the academic, technical and financial basis that is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. Furthermore, experience from similar works for the execution of the above contract work is required in accordance with the competitive basis. Reference is made to the supplementary provisions of Chapter B2. The project includes the construction of a new roundabout with associated pedestrian and bicycle bridges.
