Short Description: RVTS East increasingly uses digital tools as an addition to our teaching. Since 2018, we have used gaming -based simulation as an important tool in the process of increasing the competence of and helping to create security among helpers who meet children and adolescents who are exposed to neglect, violence and abuse. Our experience is that learning outcomes are great and that training on difficult conversations increases security when you are in the actual difficult conversations. This is also supported by research. We now want to use simulation in our work aimed at services that have the task of preventing violent extremism and suicide/self -harm.
