• General contractor, Bank building in Åmot Vinje municipality is to carry out an extensive rehabilitation and reconstruction of the Bank building in Åmot centre, gnr./bnr. 35/110. The building accommodates both public and private businesses, including bank premises on level 1, and the project must therefore be carried out with consideration for operation in parts of the building. The measure mainly covers internal remodeling of the area on both the first and second floors. The work includes upgrading the entrance area, establishing a new covered main entrance point, rebuilding of changing rooms and toilets, new office solutions and adaptation of the room structure to strengthen functionality, safety and the working environment. In the bank section, the existing spiral staircase must be removed, and the floor partition must be closed. More must be carried out technical upgrades in the building: replacement of the ventilation system, establishment of a new SD system for controlling ventilation, heat and light, transition to modern LED lighting, as well as replacement of the fire control center with a backwards compatible solution. New fire detectors must be installed both in redevelopment areas and where ceilings are changed. Electrical installations and earthing must be upgraded, and a new earth spike and main earth rail must be established. Sanitary and heating installations are rebuilt with new pipes, drains and technical equipment.
