- GIS Solutions Alta municipality will acquire a Geographical Information System (GIS) which is in line with strategies anchored in the municipal plan's community section - "Alta will", the Digitization strategy "We must dry", Procurement strategy and communication strategy. Plans and strategies can be found on Alta municipality's website. The procurement must also take into account the needs, guidelines and development directions described in KS's road map for planning, building and geodata. The competition is divided into 2 parts. 1. Sub-offer A: FDV for plan, building and geodata. The solution for sub-offer A must be a unified system for managing planning, construction and geodata, delivered and operated as a cloud service from a supplier. 2. Sub-offer B: Solutions for access, service building and dissemination (publication, dialogue/participation, analysis, data distribution, etc.), delivered and operated as a cloud service. The client is free to choose several suppliers to satisfy the need. The total value of the acquisition for 4 years of operation is estimated at NOK 7,000,000. The maximum value for the acquisition is set at NOK 8,750,000 including options.
