Glass printers for companies in Helse Vest
For thermal printers, it is also desired to enter into an associated framework agreement depending on the equipment consumables. The framework agreements will apply to Helse Bergen, Helse Fonna and Helse F0rde HF. It is estimated that a total of 14 will be purchased. thermal printer and a total of 10 pcs. laser printers during the lifetime of the framework agreement of 4 years (2 + 1 + 1 year). Helse Bergen HF has estimated a purchase of 8 units. thermal printer and 8 pcs. laser printer during the contract period. The remaining 6 thermal printers are intended for Helse Fonna HF and Helse F0rde HF, while the remaining 2 pcs. laser printer is intended for Helse F0rde. The latter two companies have the opportunity to accede to the agreement through an option. In addition, it is requested offer of instrument-dependent consumables (ink ribbons) for thermal printers. It is assumed that the framework agreement for consumables must be valid for up to a doubling of the estimated volume. There is great uncertainty related to whether Helse Fonna and Helse F0rde will exercise their option to stay included in the agreement and a high maximum volume is assumed so that these two healthcare organizations have the opportunity to accede to the agreement.
