- Step 1 in the competition - Invitation to Prekvalification Trondheim Municipality, hereafter called the client, invites competition to negotiate the purchase of electricity from photovoltaic plants to be owned and operated by the supplier. The photovoltaic system will be mounted on Granåsen's football hall's roof and facades. The municipality of Trondheim undertakes to buy the power from the photovoltaic system to its own needs (hour by hour) for the buildings and facilities in Granåsen sports park that can be covered by the regulations for the sharing of self -produced renewable electricity on the same property. The energy cost is linked to the spot price in Nord Pool area NO3 and consumption tax, energy tax and energy funds for the current power tariff for the football hall. Surplus production is sold in the ordinary power market. All other costs, including purchasing, installation, operation and maintenance of the solar system are covered by the supplier. Enter into an agreement with one supplier.
