Description:
The competition is for the purchase/leasing of compactor vehicles, two-chambered compactor vehicles, a compressor vehicle with crane 1 chamber, hook vehicle, hook vehicle-trailer as well as service agreements. Participants are: Horizon Miljøpark IKS - GLØR IKS and Sirkula IKS The following is to be purchased: Horison Group 1: 2 compactor vehicles, 2 chambered EMBERS Group 2A: 1 compactor vehicle with crane, 1 chambered Group 3: 1 hook lorry Group 4: 1 trailer for a hook lorry The companies shall have options for further purchases during the agreement period. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 65,000,000 excluding VAT, including options. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. This procurement is for the procurement of biograss driven vehicles in groups 1, 2 and 3. By far the largest environmental impact of refuse collection vehicles lies in emissions as a result of fossile fuels. §7-9 of the regulations, the fourth paragraph is therefore fulfilled and a separate award criteria for the environment is therefore not set up.
