Short description: Bergen municipality considers the procurement of digital solution for the use of rights-based psychometric tests and form for mapping and analysis of mental difficulties and the need for mental health care. The municipality currently uses paper form, but has previously used a digital solution for piloting in a limited period. Bergen municipality wants to put in place a solution for digitized use of rights-based psychometric tests and form. The solution should not include treatment, but the result of mapping shall be registered and treated further in the municipality's own professional systems within the child welfare service and the children's and family service.
