Short Description: Vestfold and Telemark County Municipality are in the planning phase of the Enocpector for a new solution for finance/HR/Business Management. We have already conducted a single-market survey, as well as some one-to-one meetings with suppliers who responded to the survey, we have already worked on competition documents. Through a consultation of draft requirements specification, we hope to ensure that we prepare a requirement specification that addresses the needs and expectations of the county council, as well as the opportunities and recommendations of the market. At the same time, the consultation responses will help to avoid cancellation of competition due to poor needs coverage, or rejection of suppliers due to strict requirements.
