Short description: The procurement concerns the development of a new phase contrast X-ray tomography setup (PXCT) in X-ray physics at the Department of Physics, NTNU. The PXCT setup will ensure further development of the X-ray physics group (XPG), NTNU. The new PXCT setup requires an X-ray source with very little focal point, high focus in focus and minimal focus to object distance. Nanofocus X-ray source with Pilatus 1M detector is expected to be "workhorse" in user designed experiments for high-resolution 3D imaging.
