- The invitation to tender applies to the delivery of instruments and consumables for measuring Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C) among 45,000 participants in the SAMINOR project. The SAMINOR 3 project is the world's largest health and living conditions survey for autochthones in areas with Sami and Norwegian settlements. The collection of sampling includes clinical examinations and a survey part. Geographically, the project ranges from Engerdal in Innlandet to Sør-Varanger in Finnmark. The collected data includes 50 municipalities. 90,000 participants will be invited to the survey. However, the contracting authorities expect that the actual number is 50 % participants
