- Short description: The competition applies to the delivery of instruments and consumables for measuring long-term blood sugar (HbA1c) of 45,000 participants in the Saminor project.Saminor 3 is the world's largest health and living conditions survey for indigenous peoples in areas with Sami and Norwegian settlement. The collection will be both clinical investigations and a questionnaire. The project extends geographically from Engerdal in the Inland to Sør-Varanger in Finnmark. Data will be collected in 50 municipalities, and it is planned to invite 90,000 participants, but we expect approx. 50 % actually participate.
