- Description:
- In accordance with the Specialist Health Services Act §2-1a, Helse Vest shall ensure that patients resilende in the Western Health Region are offered specialist health services. These services are provided partly through separate health companies and partly through contracts with private tenderers for specialist health services. Helse Vest would like to enter into a contract for the delivery of septum plastic, concaplasty and concotomy from a private tenderer. Helse Vest undertakes this procurement primarily to relieve Helse Bergen HF and reduce the accumulated waiting times in the health company. The enquiry is therefore primarily for patients resilring in the western health region. The service shall be provided in Helse Bergen's admissions area and tenders with other delivery locations will be rejected. The patient group in question has been completed examining patients with a need for nasal septum plastic and possibly sinus surgery. The interventions shall be performed as day surgery in general anaesthesia/general anaesthesia (not local anaesthesia). The agreement period is 6 months. The contracting authority has a unilateral option for a contract extension for 6 months. The total financial limit for the procurement is NOK 18,000,000 excluding VAT (including the option).
