- Hearing on the basis of competition - Operation of the county road ferry connection Ytre - Møre and Romsdal Møre and Romsdal county municipality at the transport department (FRAM), hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, will launch a new tender for the operation of two ferry connection: Småge-Orta-Finnøya-Sandøya-Ona (Utasundsruta) Brattvåg-Dryna The connections are currently in one and the same contract (Utre 2022-2028), but will be announced as two separate contracts this round: Utasundsruta: operating period from 01.01.2029 to 12.02.2040. Brattvåg-Dryna: operating period from 01.01.2029 to 31.12.2033, then to be included in what the Contracting Authority calls the Romsdal package from 2034. Provisional progress plan calls for the publication of the tenders in June/July 2026 and the award of the contract in December 2026. With this announcement, the client wishes to invite the supplier market to provide general feedback on the attached draft tender basis. In addition, the Client wants feedback on questions in the question sheet. A deadline is given 25/03/2026 to give feedback. The feedback is given in writing to the Client via the communication module in Mercell.
