Description : NAV Tiltak Øst-Viken requests feedback on our draft of the qualification documentation for a planned dynamic purchasing system (annex 2).
The complete notice on the scheme will be published at a later date.
The aim of the hearing is to get feedback from the market on what documentation requirements are not appropriate or what ought to be changed, particularly under point 2.3 in annex 2, as well as any other feedback.
The contracting authority is particularly interested in getting knowledge of whether suppliers would be interested in providing their training services outside their established delivery location/s, or whether something would prevent this for some types of courses.
We are also interested in acquiring knowledge of whether the different training services can lead to equivalent desired formal competence with the use of internet based teaching, or whether there are elements in the training that require physical attendance.
The deadline for submitting feedback via the Mercell portal is 22 February 2021.
