Description:
Oslo municipality, c/o the Health Agency, shall procure a contract that shall cover the electronic patient journal system (EPJ) for Oslo municipality ́s General Doctor Surgery and Aker-PST for psychosocial emergency services (PSA). The Health Agency chooses to publish parts of the tender documentation for a hearing in order to get feedback from the supplier market before we announce the competition. We are doing this in order to facilitate the greatest possible coverage of requirements and target achievement, as well as to reduce the risk for both the customer and the tenderer in the procurement. We hope that the hearing can help uncover uncertainties, that we avoid making inappropriate requirements and that we can use the competence in the supplier market.
