Description:
With this acquisition, Kinn municipality will enter into an agreement with a supplier for the execution of a contract with the establishment of a new heat pump at Skramsheim - the town hall in Mal0y. • The technical room in the basement at Skramsheim will be renovated. Most everything in the room must be demolished/dismantled and removed. The room is rebuilt withnew heat pump, new accumulation tank, and new plumbing tanks.• In addition, pipes in the shaft for the former cooler on the 3rd floor must be removed. New pipes must also be installed in the shaft from the basement to the attic. • In the attic, the pre-heating tank must be dismantled and removed. • 2 new heating batteries for ventilation must be installedthe ns aggregates with associated pipe work. • Out on the roof, the existing dry cooler must be removed and replaced with a new one. • In connection with the new heat pump, an exhaust duct must also be installed in the shaft for the evacuation of propane in the event of a possible leak. • In addition, a "blow pipe" for gas must also be installeds in case of overpressure in the machine. The agreement will be concluded according to NS8407:2011 with the additions and changes that are included in a separate annex for this procurement, in annex 1: Requirements specification.
