Description:
Short description: The project takes place in building 6, one of the largest buildings at Ullevål Hospital. The building consists of a high part - the "mid -block" and a low block "Park wing". The building contains, among other things, functions related to patient treatment, laboratories and X-rays. The ventilation systems are organized into three intake and exhaust groups each consist of several sets of fans, batteries, dampers etc. The purpose of the acquisition is to reduce energy consumption by establishing heat recovery on two of the intake - The return groups (collected about 250,000m³/h in these two intake groups), as well as better reliability by replacing ventilation components in all three intake and exhaust groups. The project's upper framework for contract cost is 16,000,000,- excl. The developer reserves the right to cancel the competition if the frame is exceeded, possibly reducing the scope before the provider's choice if no offers are within the allocated framework and the necessary additional financing is not granted. This is discussed in more detail under section 5 award criteria and evaluation.
