Description:
Hedmarken intermunicipal emergency room and ambulance station (HILAS) The contracting parties Hamar municipality (host municipality for the Hedmarken intermunicipal emergency room for Hamar municipality, Ringsaker municipality, Løten municipality and Stange municipality) and Sykehuset Innlandet HF, invite competition for the rental of premises with associated FDVS for the Hedmarken intermunicipal emergency room and ambulance station (HILAS). Reference is made to the tender documents for more information on the overall need. The acquisition includes development, engineering and construction of the rental property as well as building rental and delivery of FDVS benefits. Contract standard: NS 8422-1 (development and construction phase), NS 8422-2 (lease period) and NS 8422-3 (FDVS). The purpose is to ensure functional, safe, flexible and cost-effective premises for emergency room and ambulance station with the right capacity and robust technical facilities. The solution will support interaction between the emergency room and the ambulance service. Two separate contracts must be entered into with the same landlord for the ambulance service and the ambulance station.
