Description:
Height pool - inspection and periodic cleaning of height pool - framework agreement
Drammen municipality, the water and sewerage business intends to enter framework agreement with one supplier to carry out annual inspections and periodic cleaning of six (6) height pools in the municipality. The framework agreement is entered into for a period of two (2) years, with the possibility of extension for a further four (4) years, with prolongation one year at a time. This gives a maximum agreement period of up to six years, cf. regulations on purchasing in the supply sectors (supply regulations) § 22-1 fourth paragraph. The procurement is carried out according to the rules in The Procurement Act and regulations on the procurement rules in the supply sectors (the supply regulations) part I. The contract deals with services related to drinking water supply, cf. the supply regulations § 1-1 letter c, cf. § 1-5.
