Heimdal Health and Welfare Center and Library - Invitation to Competition - Total contract with interaction (Step 1)
The plot consists of several farm and utility numbers, and is currently partially built. Existing buildings should be demolished som en del av oppdraget.Senteret er planlagt med 72 sykehjemsrom fordelt pa 3 etasjer rundt et indre gardsrom/ sansehage. In a separate wing in the building, new premises for the Heimdal library will be established on the 1st and 2nd floor and zone office for a new home service on the third floor. Bygget har to underetasjer. I U1 there are operating areas and parking basements for the home service's cars. In U2 there are public parking basements with approx. 70 places. In the contract is included Establishment of inner courtyard/sensory garden, roof garden on the third floor, library park and greenery outside the building. In addition, the assignment consists of preparation of road areas both on municipal roads and along county roads in addition to pedestrian/bicycle paths and shortcuts, redevelopment of goods delivery and renovation for the shopping center in Ringvalvegen 3-7 and new exit east of the shopping center to Ringvalvegen. It is also included order requirements such as shortcuts and sidewalks along Ringvalvegen 3-7. Contract work will be carried out as a total contract with collaboration. The purpose of the interaction phase is the involvement of contractors and advisors, focusing on solution optimization and risk management.
