- Helse M0re og Romsdal HF (HMR), Department for Medical Biochemistry and Blood Bank today has hematology instrumentation supplied by Sysmex Norway at all its laboratories. These are used for the analysis of haematological parameters in blood and other body fluids. HMR is building a new laboratory at Sykehuset Nordm0reand Romsdal (SNR), plans to renew the laboratory at Alesund Hospital and the necessary equipment upgrade of the laboratory at Volda Hospital. A direct acquisition of new Sysmex hematology instrumentation is necessary, in order to be able to reuse newer Sysmex instrumentation at the laboratories. Compatibilitybetween newly acquired hematology instrumentation and existing Sysmex middleware, Sysmex servers and Sysmex instrumentation for digital morphology (SP-50, CF-70, DI-60, RAL SmearBox, RAL Stainer, CellaVision DC-1 and Sysmex Remote Review Software) in the HMR is crucial.
