Description:
The procurement cooperation at Haugalandet (Karmøy, Haugesund, Tysvær, Utsira, Bokn and Haugaland IKT) , Rits-Ryfylke IT cooperation (Strand, Suldal, Hjelmeland and Sauda), Haugaland fire and rescue IKS and the church offices in the municipalities would like to enter into an agreement for the hire and maintenance of multi-function machines the Contracting Authority wants to enter into an agreement with one tenderer. The contract will be valid for 3 years, then it will be annually regulated in accordance with SSA-L, contract for ongoing service procurements. We currently have approx. 624 units in total in the municipalities included in the enquiry. The number of clicks/print outs (black/white + colour) in the last 12 months was approx. 11,800,000. The number of clicks is expected to decrease slightly when the municipalities use more electronic dispatches. The expected value of the contract ́s first three years will be approx. This is an estimate and is based on historical figures. Actual call-offs may be minor. The expected value does not carry equivalent purchasing obligation.
