Hiring of temporary health workers, framework agreement The competition concerns a framework agreement for the supply of temporary staff to the health and care sector (Doctors are not covered). The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 5,500,000 ex. VAT per year. Maximum value for the entire agreement period, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 25,000,000 ex VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and during the contract period will depend on, among other things, the client's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. By its nature, this acquisition is assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. § 7-9, fifth paragraph of the regulations. The reason for this is that the acquisition applies purchase of consultancy assistance/advisory services where the client is prevented from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria aimed at these elements will not be sufficiently related to the delivery. Cf. DFØ's environmental supervisor. Apprentices: The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. Section 7 of the Procurement Act. The main contract object of the procurement concerns services for the recruitment and forwarding of temporary workers to the client. Our assessment is that the the competence required for this is personnel with extensive, specialized experience and competence.
