Description:
Hoeggen church, stabilization of bell tower - Execution contract NS8406 Ecclesiastical joint council in Trondheim invites to an open tender for general contracting - improvement of the bell tower at Hoeggen church. The bell tower has suffered damage to the brick structures as a result of differences in stiffness between brick and existing wooden construction. The existing wooden support system must be replaced with steel structures to ensure stability and safety. The work includes dismantling wooden structures, temporary bracing, new steel construction, foundations, external metal cladding and electrical works. Construction period: 01.06.2026 - 01.11.2026. The church must be in operation during the construction period. There is a requirement for an emission-free construction site (machinery, transport and crane). Tender inspection: 12.02.2026 kl. 09:00.
