Hot drink dispensers and drinking water coolers - request for information (RFI)
The purpose of this procurement is to enter into an agreement for the delivery and possibly the rental of hot drink dispensers and drinking water coolers with associated consumables. The agreement must ensure access to user-friendly, reliable and cost-effective solutions for hot drinks and cold drinking water in our premises. The acquisition will contribute to: Long life and high quality of equipment, with low need for maintenance and high uptime. Affordable solutions for both vending machines and beverages, including the option of both purchase and rent. Good service and support, with fast response times and available technical assistance if needed. Good training routines when delivering and starting up machines. Environmentally friendly transport and operation, including energy-efficient machines and sustainable deliveries. User-friendliness and accessibility, with a focus on simple cleaning, operation and good ergonomics. Wide range in choice of both hot drink machines, cold drink machines and consumables. Must be able to be delivered both as bench models and with a base. Emphasis is placed on the supplier being able to offer flexible solutions adapted to different needs and locations, and that the documentation is available on quality, environmental considerations and cost-effectiveness.
