Description:
Skjervøy municipality would like to facilitate the construction of sheltered accommodation flats in the municipality. Skjervøy municipality offers a site at St. Hanshaugen, which currently has 2 older buildings. The site has been approved for a sale for NOK 500,000, with 10 sheltered accommodation flats divided over 2 floors with one common room on the ground floor. The common room shall have room for all residents. The building can have a footprint of up to 400 m2 in accordance with the zoning plan.
