Description:
Tender is invited to Hovden - Total contract apartment building
Short description: 8 apartments will be built, including garages to be used for municipal employees employed in shorter and longer engagements. The acquisition includes the design and delivery of complete and turnkey apartment buildings, with garages. Outdoor areas shall be worked up by the supplier in accordance with. Drawings. The project is carried out as a total contract (NS 8407). All execution and design subjects must be covered by the provider, including ARK. Thus, the contractor shall stand for and pay for all necessary planning to provide contractual performance as soon as possible, including having sole responsibility for the already performed work from architects and consultants. Work is desired to be done as soon as possible, with takeover the shortest possible takeover. The provider is asked to provide a progress plan. For further information on the content of the procurement, reference is made to Appendix 1 - Functional description and contract basis Doc 0, as well as Appendix 1.1 - Client's requirement specification.
