- Tenders Are Invited In connection with the division of Vestfold and Telemark county councils into two separate county councils, a new HR and finance solution for the two new county councils must be acquired during 2023. The procurement will be done for both county municipalities together, with the same requirement specification, but it will be signed e.go separate agreements in autumn 2023 for VFK and TFK respectively. The new HR and finance solution will come into force on 01.01.25 in both county municipalities.
