HSE and operating system to the Norwegian Nature Inspectorate
The purpose of the acquisition is to safeguard the systematic HSE work and ensure effective and proper operation of The field device by contracting digital tool support in a number of areas within HSE and operation. We want a user -friendly and intuitive solution, primarily shelf products, which cover as many of the needs as possible related to HSE and operational operation: - Registration and handling of nonconformities/events and improvement suggestions - planning, implementation and follow -up of safety rounds - Creation, use and follow -up of checklists - Overview of the company's transport and equipment - Competence overview - Planning and follow -up of the company's internal courses and exercises - ROS analyzes - order Of clothing and personal equipment internally, as well as storage, the solution must have Norwegian as a system language, have a simple solution for access control and role allocation, as well as comply with the requirements of today's Privacy Policy (GDPR). Reference is also made to the announcement of tender competition for quality system to Environmental Directorate. The quality system has somewhat overlapping functionality, such as registration and handling of nonconformities and improvement suggestions. SNO needs its own HSE and operating system because the department works in ways other than the rest of the Environment Directorate and has specific needs related to this, so...
