- IK-EOS 020-2025 Foodstuffs for service establishments with food service in Bergen municipality and collaborating parties Framework agreement for the delivery of food products to places of service with food service in Bergen municipality and collaborating parties. The entities covered by the agreement have the opportunity to buy locally produced food from Vestland county outside the agreement, provided that the goods are purchased directly from the manufacturer or from outlets that exclusively sell locally produced food. Buy from grocery chains or outlets with a mixed selection of products is not covered by the exception. This is an inclusive contract with a requirement for 5 people on work inclusion. Note: There are separate agreements for the city council department for kindergartens and schools and for production kitchens. The agreement does not apply to administrative units. The framework agreement covers the delivery of food products in household packaging, adapted for use in postal kitchens and other smaller units. In addition, the agreement includes relevant consumables such as baking paper, aluminum foil, plastic foil and other products that are natural included when purchasing food products.
