Strømsoddveien is a municipal joint road with today's cover of asphalt. The road has significant damage in the form of cracking, holes and unevenness. Frequent patches have been carried out, but the standard is still unsatisfactory and the carrying capacity is reduced. Therefore, full rehabilitation of the stretch should be carried out. The measure involves deep milling of existing asphalt pavement with associated support layers, profiling and building the road. After deep milling, the road will be worked up as a dirt road with a satisfactory standard for municipal operations, maintenance and year -round use. The purpose of the measure is to achieve a robust road structure that reduces the need for maintenance and lower operating costs compared to further paving. - Documents:
