Tenders are invited to information and souch systems to be able to proceed to provide licenses to establish wires / items, provide digging and work permits as well as coordinate these, in the municipal road

Short description: The urban environment manages common areas such as streets, squares, parks, free areas, sports facilities, mark and inner Oslofjord. As an authority, it is important that the urban environment takes an active role in managing the roadway effectively. All actors who want to work or dig in or by public roads in Oslo must seek the expenses of the permit. The purpose of the procurement is to get a new, modern and efficient professional system (which we here after calling applicants) for case processing of applications for excavation work (Veglawens. §§ 32.57) and work permits. Searchys should replace the old systems iSy-Case and Krav. The goal is to get a more seamless and effective planning and proceedings of excavation and work permits that contribute to higher quality in case processing with fewer errors, better feedback to users and "more correctly" and better decisions.
