Installation of water meters - frame agreement 25/12135
Hamar and Ringsaker have for several years had analog and mechanical water meters in most households in the municipalities. This allows the municipalities to invoice subscribers after actual water consumption. The municipalities now want to replace all meters with digital, remotely -read meters. The collection of more correct "real -time data" on water consumption will provide new and updated insights. This can be used to scale capacity, detect water leaks quickly and establish new services for residents. Hamar and Ringsaker municipality will switch approx. 26,000 water meters over a period of 4-5 years. This is a roll -out of approx. 5000 water meters each year in total in the municipalities. Hamar municipality will be approx. Installing 10,500 water meters, and Ringsaker municipality 15 500. Supplier must be responsible for "contractor Water meter" from Komtek against subscriber. Neighters Description of the assignment is defined in requirements specification and other competition documents. Purchases of water meters are announced in their own procurement.
