Integration through working life - opportunities and barriers
The purpose of the assignment is to obtain more knowledge about the paths into and up the working life for immigrants, as well as to gain a more comprehensive understanding of what is needed for the working life to function as a good arena for the integration of immigrants into Norwegian society. Which factors promote, and which factors inhibit, working life as a good integration arena for immigrants. The knowledge acquired will provide a basis for policy development in the field of integration in general and the field of discrimination and labor market integration in particular. The tenderer can make recommendations for various measures and proposals for policy development to meet the challenges that are uncovered. The assignment has a duration from the conclusion of the contract to the submission of the final report on 1 December 2027, and has a total upper financial limit of NOK 5 million excl.
