Tenders Are Invited Norsk Tipping needs to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier within integrity, investigation and preventive services. The client is close to the financial limit of the current agreement, and therefore needs to enter into a new framework agreement. The client's aim with this procurement is to ensure access in an emergencyexpertise in order to be able to prevent and reduce the risk of fraud internally or with our partners, as well as to avoid or detect relationships that could cause the company unnecessary risk, or damage the company's reputation. Norsk Tipping has its own employees in the areas of integrity, investigation andrebuilding services as well as privacy and anti-money laundering, but have limited internal resources to handle the scope on their own. The company is therefore seeking to enter into a framework agreement with an external supplier who assists Norsk Tipping in the area. The supplier must assist Norsk Tipping as necessaryspecialist expertise, assessments, recommendations, advice and basis for decision-making. The client expects a supplier who has good experience in the area, and can contribute expert expertise on request. The supplier should also have good knowledge of the market as described above, have the necessary access tocurrent databases and knowledge of how to effectively assist in a market where it can be challenging to obtain information and deliver good analyzes based on facts and assessments.
