Description:
Short Description: The contract includes the procurement of the "room section" of a medicvent system for smoking evacuation. The system is integrated into the building structure and is specifically designed to evacuate diathermy smoke from operating rooms, which helps to improve the work environment for health professionals and patient safety. The acquisition is covered by Part II of FOA (Regulations on Public Procurement of 12 August 2016 No. 974 ). After thorough investigations in the market, Health South-East RHF has concluded that there is only one distributor, Mediq Norge AS, who can supply this specific part of the Medicvent system in Norway, cf. Section 5-2 (1) of FOA. .Helse South-East RHF has therefore chosen to publish this notice of intention for contract signing, cf. Section 8-18. Investigations on intention for contract conclusion to the above criteria with Mediq Norge AS should be directed to Health South-East RHF in Mercell within the deadline 07.07.2023 The total value of value of value excl. VAT: 700000 NOK.
