Short Description: Kvinesdal municipality intends to enter into a contract with Intoto AS for the delivery and installation of the complete system: Prediction of water level and water flow in watercourses in Kvinesdal municipality. «Clip from the website of the supplier: Smart River Offers information through data from watercourses. With Intoto Smart Hydro, players in hydropower gain access to hyperlocal data for use in i.a. Optimization of management, minimum water flow requirements, public tools or generally a better overview of water management both in real time, future and historically. ”Kvinesdal municipality is not aware that there are other suppliers in the market that supply this type of facility. Therefore, a letter of intent is published to reveal whether there are other suppliers who supply such facilities. If Kvinesdal municipality does not receive objections to the contract signing, a contract will be signed just under 1 month after the announcement is published.
