Description:
Vik municipality envisages entering into a 4 year agreement with Dynamon for a KI based system for rota planning in the health and welfare sector. Vik municipality has Visma Flyt Ressursstyring as its rota and resource management system. A optimisation tool shall be integrated with the above mentioned system. The system shall be ready for installation and connection to Flyt Ressursstyring immediately after the deadline in the notice of intent expires. Thus, only a fully developed system is in operation in equivalent municipalities that are relevant for the procurement. The system shall be implemented and put into daily operation in August 25, ready integrated with Visma Flyt Ressursstyring. The contracting authority has assessed the need to fall under the procurement regulations - § 13-4 b) point 3. Terms for procurements without competition point; services that only a specific supplier can deliver because competition is impossible for technical reasons. This is an intention notice with a 10 day deadline. The system shall be integrated with Visma Flyt Reinsstyring.
