Description:
Sporveien would like participation in the procurement co-operation/procurement centre. This is to save internal resources, as well as to achieve competitive commercial terms. The Procurement Central shall have an agreement that covers several categories within non-strategic procurement. Sporveien AS is subject to the Public Procurements Act and the Supply Regulations (§1-8), and it is therefore important that the procurement cooperation undertakes procurements in accordance with the regulations. Sporveien has assessed the market for such services and has concluded that the only supplier who fulfils the criteria is Stiftelsen Tradebroker. Sporveien intends, therefore, to enter into an ongoing contract with Stiftelsen Tradebroker. The value of the procurement is estimated to be NOK 400,000 over 5 years, based on the annual membership contract. Stiftelsen Tradebroker pays out return commissions based on the member's purchases on contracts entered into in the procurement cooperation.
